LADY GAGA IN Q MAGAZINE! BANNED! 23 HQ PHOTOS PICTURES IMAGES SCANS! 11 VIDEOS! DILDO! TELEPHONE REVIEWS!

LADY GAGA IN Q MAGAZINE! BANNED IN BOSTON! 23 HQ PHOTOS IMAGES PICTURES SCANS 11 VIDEOS ABOUT 'TELEPHONE' VIDEO SHE’S THE MAN WITH A DILDO! 'TELEPHONE' VIDEO REVIEWS!
March 18, 2010.
Lady Gaga loves controversy! Not only does it keep her in The Fame Monster mode, it’s helping to change the world, something she has always claimed is one of her long term goals. That and her vow to turn the world gay, of course! After the release of her new “Telephone” video, conservative parents are quaking in their bigot boots, fearful that their children might learn that lesbian, gay, transgender, and bisexual (LGBT) individuals are not only here to stay, they are cool and hot all at the same time!

In a post-video release interview with Ryan Seacrest on 102.7 KIIS FM Radio, which you can listen to at the bottom of this post, Gaga said she wanted to celebrate the gay and transsexual community in the “Telephone” video, something we think she does indeed do— with panache!

And, by the way, those news reports by Feaux News and CNN saying MTV had banned the video were totally false. Although the networks should be ashamed of themselves for printing falsehoods without checking the facts, Gaga owes them a fortune for all the free publicity. We’re sure fans who were fearful they wouldn’t get to see the video flocked to YouTube, giving the “Telephone” video over twenty million views so far, an amazing feat, although it has a way to go before catching up with Lady Gaga’s “Bad Romance” video, which has racked up an astonishing 152,240,251 plays to date!

In our continuing efforts to take you, the loyal music lover, deeper into the minds of today’s artists, MTV News presents “Frame by Frame.” Each week, we’ll get a musician to give you the inside scoop on their latest music video.

The 2010 MTV Video Music Awards are still six months away, but you can certainly pencil in one early contender for a slew of Moonman trophies when the show rolls around. Lady Gaga’s “Telephone” has taken the music world by storm with its killer dancing, epic length, melodramatic story, envelope-pushing fashion and wanton violence. The tag-team with Beyoncé was directed by Jonas Akerlund, who sat down with MTV News for a guided tour through one of the most impressive clips in recent memory.

Akerlund was complimentary of Gaga (who he said was “full of ideas”) but had just as many lovely things to say about Ms. Knowles. “We only had one day with Beyoncé, but she’s such a professional,” he explained. “In the big dance scene with her, she rehearsed it on her own the day before. Lady Gaga and her dancers had rehearsed a lot together, but Beyoncé stepped into it and pretty much nailed it.”

The director also took a lot of pride in the run-up to the first appearance of Beyoncé in the video. “The idea was always to not really know who she was until we see here, but we did add her name on the speaker at the beginning,” he said. “But the reveal of Beyoncé with the hat is pretty cool.”

In fact, the whole thing is pretty cool, and it’s slowly morphing into something more. “It’s actually supposed to be attached to the other video we did last year for ‘Paparazzi,’ which was six minutes long and this is almost 10 minutes,” Akerlund explained. “So it’s already become something of a short film.” Though he claimed the “To Be Continued” note at the end of the video is meaningless, here’s hoping Akerlund’s Gaga-based saga continues.

From MTV News comes another interesting article: Lady Gaga, ‘Telephone’ Director Talk Pop-Culture References In Video. March 16, 2010. Read it below:

It seems like there are a million pop-culture references in Lady Gaga’s “Telephone” video. She pays homage to great pop stars like Madonna and Michael Jackson, while also referencing everything from Quentin Tarantino’s “Kill Bill” to Alexander McQueen’s death to Andy Warhol. And just as Gaga has managed to maintain more than just 15 minutes of fame, her video was also designed in a way that invites multiple viewings.

“Well that’s the fun part of these kind of stories. That you can pack them with fun details, and I think that works really well for the fans that want to see the video more than once,” “Telephone” music video director Jonas Åkerlund told MTV News. “That you have an opportunity to see new details. You can watch it 10 times and still see new things in there.”

In an interview with Ryan Seacrest earlier this week, Gaga discussed some of the video’s pop-culture references, namely the Coca-Cola cans she wears in her hair (like the ones she recently sported in Sydney). “My mom used to do that when I was a kid,” she explained. ” ‘Cause if we didn’t have any rollers in the house, she’d slice up some Coke cans and then she’d heat them up and pin them in her hair.”

Of course, the video also features Beyoncé. “We’re not competitive at all. We’re so different, we respect each other so much and she’s so kind and we really get along,” she said of her fellow pop superstar. “She was so courageous in this video. She trusted me because she likes my work and she knew that I love her and it’s a mutual respect. It ended up being a masterpiece because she was so courageous, but I’m sure you can imagine it’s a bit daunting sometimes.”

Gaga explains that she “really believe[s] in the power of visuals, and sometimes visions come to me and I know I have to do them.” She added, “It doesn’t really matter if it makes sense or if it doesn’t make sense. By the end of the video, it became so much more as we explored each scene it became about transsexual women and it became about making fun of American hallmarks like soda cans and cigarettes and mayonnaise and bread.”

Of all the visuals in the power punch of a clip, Gaga admits the sandwich-making scene “comes out of nowhere. But now that I watch it, in retrospect the way that it works into the video … and the commentary on being overfed communication, advertisements and food in this country, it kind of makes sense by the end.”

So, what’s next for Gaga video-wise? Well, it seems that while Åkerlund doesn’t know anything about making a trilogy of videos, Gaga is certainly down for it. “I don’t really know! Actually Perez [Hilton] really wanted it to be a trilogy, and after he saw it he was like, ‘It has to have three parts,’ and I wasn’t really sure at the time, and then he pushed me over the edge.”

As far as the controversy surrounding Lady Gaga’s photo shoot for England’s Q Magazine is concerned, it has everything to do with Gaga wanting to target the rumor that she’s intersex (the politically correct term for hermaphrodite) head-on, something she also does in the “Telephone” video, when, after a strip search, one of the guards says, “I told you she didn’t have a dick,” to which the other retorts, “Too bad!”

Picture from the Lady Gaga article in Great Britain's Q Magazine. In this page, problems surrounding the photo shoot are discussed, including Gaga's complaint that the dildo isn't obvious enough. Click scanned image to enlarge.

For more details about the Q photos, read this MTV.com article: Lady Gaga Poses Topless In Q Magazine. “I consider myself quite the lady,” Lady Gaga says in interview with magazine. By Jocelyn Vena:

Lady Gaga's appearance on the cover of England's Q magazine is causing quite a stir: In the photo, she is seen topless, covering her chest with nothing more than her gloved hands or mesh wiring, and in some shots sporting a bulge in her black pants that is presumably a strap-on dildo.

In the April 2010 issue, which hit newsstands on February 23, Gaga talks all about arguably the most infamous rumor of the many that have followed her around: that she is a hermaphrodite. "We all know that one of the biggest talking points of the year was that I have a d--k, so why not give them what they want?" she told the magazine.

Although she may come off as an unconventional person, Gaga admits she actually is quite old-fashioned in many respects. "Well, I believe in certain institutions: cooking, serving dinner, taking care of my family," she said in the magazine. "So I consider myself quite the lady."

In the interview, Gaga also shares how her strong-willed attitude and decision to not have a conventional pop star image have, at times, been an issue for her.

"The last thing a young woman needs is another picture of a sexy pop star writhing in sand, covered in grease, touching herself. My image was an issue at my record label. I fought for months and cried at meetings," she said. "I got criticized for being arrogant because if you're sure of yourself as a woman they say you're a bitch whereas if you're a man and you're strong-willed it's normal." Lady Gaga is on tour in England through next month. END.

Also, check out this article from the blog buzzwothy.MTV.com: Lady Gaga's 'Q Magazine' Cover Banned In U.S. by Leslie Simon:

Seeing that Lady Gaga collected two scandalous magazine covers this month, we asked you earlier this week to tell us which one was more Gagalicious—Q or Cosmopolitan. Had we but known, we would've asked you which one was more likely to get banned.

The results are in on that question and the answer is Q. According to the magazine's web site, the cover has been banned by "certain U.S. chains" because Gaga is showing the lower portion of her left boob, which is apparently a big no-no. In addition, New York state law also prohibits showing any area of the breast below the nipple, which could sacrifice the magazine's additional distribution in NYC, as well.

Gagaloo has yet to comment on the cover being banned, but in a statement published onQTheMagazine.com, the magazine's editors "can't help wonder what Lady Gaga herself would make of this turn of events, given her prophetic quote, standing at the start of the Q photo shoot with a dildo in her hand, 'It'd be a real f**king story, right'..."

What do you think? Did Gaga go too far on the cover of Q Magazine? Plus, why is no one saying anything about the black dildo camouflaged against her pants?!?

Fans that went to Lady Gaga’s recent Monster Ball Tour show in Auckland New Zealand, or watched it on YouTube, may have been worried about Gaga’s health. Clips showing the singer looking fatigued and dizzy, taking off her headdress, and lying down on the stage during one song sparked rumors that she wasn’t well.

But tour promoter Michael Coppel reassured fans that all is well with the 23-year-old. “(She is) totally fine. It was warm at the show, she was tired and bit dehydrated by the end of a two-hour-plus performance,” he said. “She performed the second Auckland show the following night without an issue and will be back in full match fitness for her first Australian show.”

Check out this video: Manifesto of Little Monsters by Lady Gaga:

"Theres something heroic about the way my fans operate their cameras so precisely, so intricately, and so proudly. Like kings writing the history of their people.

"Its their prolific nature that both creates and procures what will later be perceived as the "kingdom". So, the real truth about Lady Gaga fans my little monsters lies in this sentence: They are the kings, they are the queens; they write the history of the kingdom, and I am something of a devoted jester.

"It is in the theory of perception that we have established our bond, or the lie, I should say, for which we kill. We are nothing without our image, without our projection, without the spiritual hologram of who we perceive ourselves to be, or rather to become in the future.

"When you are lonely, I’ll be lonely, too.

...and this is The Fame." 12/18/1974—Lady Gaga

Watch this MTV News video: Twilight Star Ashley Greene Recalls Meeting Lady Gaga. While Kristen Stewart thinks Lady Gaga is hot, her Twilight co-star Ashley Greene is an über-fan of the pop superstar. So when Greene spotted Gaga out at a bar one night, she had to meet her. “Oh my God! Yes! I was out with some friends when I first got back to L.A. the other night, and someone came up to me, and they were one of the owners of [L.A. hotpot] Trousdale,” she told MTV News at South by Southwest while promoting her upcoming movie Skateland. “I go, ‘Really, well, Lady Gaga’s over there. Can you make it happen?’ He walks back and goes, ‘Yeah, she’d love to meet you.’ And I was freaking out,” she continued. “There’s not too many people I get starstruck by, but I think she’s such an incredible woman, and everything she touches turns to gold. So, I was starstruck.” As it turned out, Gaga was also familiar with Greene’s. “I said, ‘Oh my God, thanks so much for letting me [meet you],’ ” she said. “She actually said to me, ‘I wanted to meet you, and I know who you are.’ Maybe we have a ‘Twilight’ fan on our hands!”
So how did Greene feel about Gaga’s “Telephone” video? “It’s incredible!” she raved. “It’s a mini-movie. It’s ridiculous how they did that video.”

Here’s another MTV News video: KRISTEN STEWART AND DAKOTA FANNING SAY LADY GAGA IS REALLY HOT! Lady Gaga’s pop-culture-suffused “Telephone” video has garnered millions of views across the Web, birthed a rush of graduate-level study to pick out every movie and music reference and touched off a public backlash when people mistakenly thought the footage had been banned from MTV. Everyone has taken notice, it seems, including the stars of ’70s rock biopic The Runaways. “She’s really hot,” Kristen Stewart told MTV News about Gaga. “She’s got a look.” Co-star Dakota Fanning concurred: “I am a fan of Lady Gaga because I think she’s a really good singer and a really great entertainer and when you watch her perform, you know it’s going to be a show. I think that’s really cool.”

Watch the Lady Gaga “Bad Romance” video via again to see how it compares with “Telephone.” They are both totally different and we have to say we love them both equally!
