50 year-old Madonna and Brazilian model boy-toy Jesus Luz, 22, who loves to pose naked, are rumored to be getting “married,” despite the 28 year gap in their ages.

The Brazilian model's father, Luis Heitor Pinto da Luz, told Brazil's Quem magazine on May 12, 2009, that the couple are planning a Kabbalah ceremony to have their union recognized by the mystical Jewish faith. However, it won’t be legally binding.

Jesus has denied that marriage of any kind is eminent, saying he and Madonna are just friends, even though he’s shacked up with her in her Central Park West apartment.

He gets my gaydar revved up (as well as a few other things) and we all know Madonna loves her gay guys! Personally, I think it’s all a publicity stunt to get his career jump-started. More power to them, I say! I couldn't find a fan club for Jesus, but here's a link to Madonna's official website: http://www.madonna.com/
Maybe federal involvement is what’s needed. The Associated Press reports “Two of the nation's top litigators who opposed each other in the Bush v. Gore election challenge in 2000 have joined forces in Los Angeles to seek federal court intervention in California's gay marriage controversy. Theodore B. Olson and David Boies have filed a U.S. District Court lawsuit on behalf of two gay men and two gay women, arguing that the California constitutional amendment eliminating the right of gay couples to marry violates the U.S. constitutional guarantee of equal protection and due process. Olson said yesterday he hopes the case will wind up before the U.S. Supreme Court. The lawsuit also seeks a preliminary injunction against California's Proposition 8 until the case is resolved.” All I have to say, is what took them so long? Here’s a more detailed story about it by CNN.
After their cola was banned from Germany and several other European countries, Red Bull admitted today that it uses coca leaves as flavoring for its popular energy drink. A press release, stated its cola is "harmless and marketable in both the U.S. and Europe and similar coca leaf extracts are used worldwide as flavoring.” They said a test it commissioned itself found no cocaine traces. What? Now that it’s probably too late to buy it, they divulge they’ve been spiking the stuff, but not really? Huh?
