The Clare Boothe Luce Policy Institute, a far right women’s group based outside of Washington, DC, just released its Great American Conservative Womens Calendar for 2010, and Carrie Prejean’s face will haunt all who buy it during the month of Halloween.
The new Miss October was overheard telling her non-empathetic colleagues, “Luckily the wind was calm, so my blouse did not blow open during the photo-shoot.”
.
The 22-year-old former Miss California, who just last month was cheered by religious fundamentalist bigots at the Values Voter Summit, expressed delight at her inclusion in the calendar, a product of the old-fashioned women’s organization, the Clare Boothe Luce Policy Institute.

"I was so honored to be in the calendar as one of the great American conservative women. As a former beauty queen, it's refreshing to be taken seriously," Ms. Prejean said in a statement, acknowledging for the first time ever that her career as a spokes-model is finished. See our September 19th post, CARRIE PREJEAN TO BE CROWNED IN HEAVEN, where you can watch a video of her hilarious speech to the Values Voters Republican gay bashers.
Photo of the oldest and most backward of all conservative women, Phyllis Schlafly, "Homomaker of the Year," who first hit the scene when she spoke out against equal rights for women in the sixties. Note in the calendar's group picture at the beginning of this post, Schlafly takes center stage, a sad statement on civil rights from the Luce Institute, indeed.
The 2010 calendar also features 11 other judgmental ultra-conservative females, who are—surprise, surprise—90% white, including Ann Coulter, Michelle Malkin, Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.), and the mother of all mothers, Phyllis Schlafly. To view the entire calendar before we had fun with the photos, click here.

Prejean’s Miss California replacement, Tami Farrell, recently told Pop Tarts at the EW/Women in Film party in West Hollywood that Carrie chose her own words at the Miss USA Pageant and with that comes consequences, referring to Prejean’s statement that marriage should be between a man and a woman only.
"If you actually listen to the question, she answered it from a personal standpoint. It wasn’t about her personal beliefs, it was about a state by state decision," Farrell explained. "I would have said it’s a civil rights issue and we should let the state voters decide. I don’t think that I or anyone else has the right to tell somebody who they can or can’t love."
