PROPOSITION 8: THE MUSICAL! FULL VIDEO! GREAT GAY HUMOR!

A host of stars came together to fight against Proposition H8 last December and this lively tongue-in-cheek comedy was the hilarious result. Sometimes it does us all good to stop and laugh at the world and ourselves. It helps us wade through the bull homophobic, narrow-minded bigots like to throw in our path. A chuckle now and then helps us in our resolve to continue our quest for full equality.

Proposition 8: The Musical, produced for FunnyorDie.com features a lot of familiar gay-friendly faces, including Maya Rudolph, Andy Richter, Rashida Jones, Margaret Cho, and Allison Janney, to name a few.

Hairspray composer Marc Shaiman conceived and wrote this short piece, which was directed and staged by Hairspray director and choreographer Adam Shankman.
