DONNY OSMOND: HOMOPHOBIC BIGOT! VOTE him off DWTS! MARIE'S GAY DAUGHTER PHOTOS!

I can’t tell you how disappointed I was to learn that Donny Osmond is an intolerant dogmatist who uses his Mormon religion to condemn to hell gays who act on their homosexual “temptations.” He’s so proud of his anti-gay beliefs, he’s even posted them on his website, Donny.com, where he pathetically attempts diplomacy by using that tired line, “Some of my best friends are gay.” Because of his bias against the LGBT lifestyle, a campaign is gaining momentum to vote against Donny Osmond on Dancing With the Stars, Season 9, which premieres on ABC September 21.

“There are many gay individuals that are members of our church. I know many of them. In fact, some of my best friends are gay. You ask how I react regarding their marriages. Well, I do support our Church leaders who say that we can accept those with gay tendencies in our church as long as they do not act upon their temptations. Everyone has tenancies to succumb to temptation, but we all have the same standard given to us by our Father in Heaven. Whether we may be tempted to be immoral with members of our own sex or of the opposite sex, we are expected to live chaste lives. This is very well explained not only in the Book of Mormon, but in the Bible as well.”

Apparently, Donny has been so busy overpopulating the earth (the sibling of 9 children, Donny has 5 kids of his own), he’s unable to see beyond the Bible’s narrow view of people who don’t fit into the Mormon vision of “the norm.”

All this time, I thought the former teen heartthrob was a closeted gay himself. Now it turns out he’s just repressed, as the posting on his website reveals he believes gay sex is a “temptation” that should be avoided to prevent the world from falling apart, because homosexuality, if consummated, will "bring upon individuals, communities, and nations the calamities foretold by ancient and modern prophets." How sad! I’ll never look at Donnie Osmond the same way again. He has soured my opinion of him forever.

While Donny has a right to his beliefs, it’s unfair for him to use them to deny civil rights to others, which he does by supporting the Church of Latter Day Saints’ well-documented campaign against gay marriage in California and elsewhere. Therefore, we have no choice but to mount a crusade to deny him his place in glory. He does not deserve to win a competition on dancing, an activity close to the hearts of millions of gay people. It’s time for the LGBT community to wash their hands of this washed up “star.”

Donny’s anti-gay position pits him against his sister Marie, who recently came out in favor of “civil rights for all,” after it was revealed her adopted daughter, Jessica, is a proud lesbian.

According to Actress Archives, Marie Osmond told Los Angeles radio station KOST 103.5 in May of 2009, "You know, on those types of things I'm very supportive. When it comes to marriage, I think that civil rights need to be for all. When you start mixing religion into that and beliefs, you know, I do believe in the Bible. My daughter understands my beliefs.”

“And, you know, God said to be married and be productive with your children and, you know, replenish the earth or whatever,” Marie continued. “She understands those things. My daughter is sharp. And we have a great relationship and I think she would tell you that."

This photo is making the rounds on the Internet as a picture of Marie's daughters, Rachel and Jessica. However, only the image of Rachel (Blosil, not Osmond), on the right, is of her daughter. The other person, on the left, identified as Jessica, is actually a cousin with the same first name, not the daughter. Comprende?

That she attracts heterosexual males goes without saying.

Yesterday, word leaked out that Lady Gaga had collaborated with Michael Bolton on his latest album, One World One Love. The veteran singer claims when the blonde Poker Face star approached him, he had no idea who she was.

According to Perez Hilton, Bolton said, “I was taking a break from production when my manager and the label tag-teamed me on the phone about writing with a young artist named Lady Gaga who I had never heard of—but they were raving about. They said that she was a huge fan of mine and wanted to write with me.”

In an July interview in V Magazine, Lady Gaga was asked about the subtext of “Boys, Boys, Boys” in her Poker Face album.

“I wrote the track as a mating call," Lady Gaga said. "I was dating this guy who was really into heavy metal and I wanted to write a pop song that would make him fall in love with me. So I wrote that record and we dated for two years.”

“It reminds me of ‘Girls, Girls, Girls’ by Mötley Crüe," she continued. "The subtext is that even though I’m a very free and sexually empowered woman, I’m not a man hater.”

She was also asked if she’s ever encountered an item of apparel too outlandish for her.

Lady Gaga answered, “I don’t consider my own clothing to be outrageous. It’s very strange to me the way people say, ‘Oh, Lady Gaga and another one of her wacky outfits!’ Or, ‘You always dress so crazy!’ The truth is that people just don’t have the same references that I do. To me it’s very beautiful and it’s art, and to them it’s outrageous and crazy.”

TAKING WOODSTOCK: THE GAY ANG-LE! 6 VIDEOs, 12 PHOTOS!

Director Ang Lee, best known to the gay LGBT community for Brokeback Mountain, has taken on another gay-themed movie, this time adapted from an Elliot Tiber memoir, Taking Woodstock: A True Story of a Riot, a Concert, and a Life. Tiber, played by Demetri Martin, whose own show, Important Things, is a big hit on Comedy Central, is a mild-mannered, semi-closeted gay interior decorator who has been living in 1969 Greenwich Village.

Elliot returns to the Catskills to help his parents, Jake (Henry Goodman) and Sonia (Imelda Staunton), Jews who immigrated from Russia, keep afloat their failing motel. As the head of Bethel’s Chamber of Commerce, Elliot offers the motel as a home base for the promoters of Woodstock Ventures after the company loses its permit for an arts festival in the nearby town of Wallkill.

Tiber also smooths the way for Max Yasgur (Eugene Levy), the dairy farm’s owner, and Michael Lang (Jonathan Groff), the festival’s prime mover, to make a deal.

Here’s an excerpt from a The New York Times review: “In a relationship that is made much more emphatically in Mr. Tiber’s memoir, the movie explicitly connects Woodstock to the gay-liberation movement and the Stonewall riots, which took place two months earlier that summer. A friend of Elliot’s even brings to the motel a record by Judy Garland, who had died a few days before the Stonewall uprising; some have theorized that grief over her death was a precipitating factor in the riots."

“During his LSD initiation by the hippie couple, Elliot is cuddled and caressed by both the girl and the boy. The trip sequence is one of the most benign to be shown in any movie peddling period psychedelia. Elliot also takes inspiration from Vilma (Liev Schreiber), a ferociously masculine, kindhearted, cross-dressing Marine who appears at the motel and provides its security.” Watch the "Security" video clip at the bottom of this post.

The movie’s laugh-out-loud moment is when the Earthlight Players (who really existed), a visiting avant-garde theater troupe, stage an unrecognizable performance of Chekhov’s “Three Sisters” as a nude “happening,” in which they confront the audience and denounce “indecent legions of decency, fascist pornographers and racist warmongers.”

The project landed on Oscar-winner Ang Lee's desk by chance while he was promoting his last film, the dark World War II-era spy thriller Lust, Caution. Tiber was the guest following Lee on a San Francisco TV talk show. The two spoke for awhile and Tiber gave Lee a copy of his book. "I was yearning to do a comedy-slash-drama again without cynicism," Lee said. "It took me a long way to get there. I thought after 13 years, I sort of earned the right to do it, just be relaxed, be happy and at peace with myself and everybody else."

“Woodstock has a symbolic meaning to me, " Lee said before the Cannes premiere of Taking Woodstock. “It's the innocence of a young generation departing from the old establishment and trying to find a more refreshing way, more fair way, to live with everybody else, It was dirty, filthy. It was actually a mess. But you have to give those kids, those half a million kids credit, that actually, they had three days of peace and music. Nothing violent happened. I think that's something. I don't know if we can pull that off today."

With a 1960s-soaked soundtrack featuring The Band, Canned Heat, Joan Baez, Richie Havens and Country Joe and the Fish, Taking Woodstock is awash in period detail, from Volkswagen Love Bugs to hippie hair and sideburns to a vintage Slinky toy commercial on TV.

BAPTIST PASTOR INCITING VIOLENCE AGAINST GAYS AND BLACKS!

Reveling in the label “hate-spewing,” because God “also hates,” a seriously misguided, publicity-seeking preacher in Phoenix Arizona has been recorded comparing “child predator faggots” to Hitler and telling his congregation, "When I go to bed at night, Steven L. Anderson will pray for (the ‘socialistic devil’) Barack Obama to die and go to hell." This pathetic self-appointed apostle is so proud of his loathing, he has even posted videos of his own abhorrent sermons on his church’s Blog.

As the son of a preacher man, I know firsthand how hate can damage the psyches of young people. However, this Baptist minister takes following the Bible to the point of absurdity. When confronted about the fact that the Bible also says in Leviticus that says you can kill your children if they "curse" you, Anderson admitted this was true and even embraced it. He also said adulterers should be stoned but thinks “The government should do the stoning. You know, like they used to in Afghanistan n'stuff."

"I believe that every homosexual in the world is a deviant, is evil, and is a predator that is out to recruit others through molestation, through rape. It's in the news,” Anderson went on to say. “I would keep my kids away from them. They're deviants. They're not normal. I am saying that Barney Frank's perverted, and he's sick, and I would put him in the category of other homosexuals. Do I think that homosexuality should be against the law? Well, it's against God's law." He also declared he wouldn’t pray for a “faggot” any more than he would pray for Hitler.

The only good news about this reckless pastor of the Faithful Word Baptist Church is he only has about a hundred members and less than half of them show up on any given Sunday to hear him condemn people who are different from his own self-righteous God-like self.

In a related report, an armed protestor at a Phoenix Obama town hall event has been confirmed to be a memeber of Anderson's congregation, proving how the Faithful Word Baptist Church is indeed inciting people to violence. Read about it here. Or see the video at the bottom of this post.
